Closing Checklist

• Photo I.D.
• A bank check for the closing amount (payable to Cornerstone Title)
• Obtain and pay for one year of homeowner's insurance Fax insurance binder to Cornerstone Title
• Finalize closing logistics with Cornerstone Title your loan officer or real estate broker
• We'll call you with the final amount for the bank check to bring to closing
• For New Hampshire properties non-borrowing spouse or other property owner needs to attend closing
