Our team, including, Kate Catalano, Sandy Archer and Susan Neilson, has over fifty years combined experience in the real estate industry. Independent contractors provide abstracting services allowing for constant coverage in all county registries.

Kate Catalano, Attorney

Attorney Catalano has been practicing law since graduating from Boston University School of Law. She is also an alumna of Boston College.  Prior to opening Cornerstone Title, Kate owned a general practice law firm, concentrating in real estate law, estate planning and business law. Kate's knowledge of real estate law ensures that every transaction results in a smooth, efficient closing. 

Sandy Archer

Sandy has over 20 years coordinating and closing real estate transactions.  Our clients appreciate Sandy's vast knowledge of the real estate and mortgage industry.  Real estate agents, loan officers, buyers and sellers rely on her availability and expertise to answer their closing questions.

Susan Neilson

Susan's experience ranges from real estate office administrator, paralegal, and real estate closing coordinator. Our clients appreciate her personal touch.  Susan has the ability to put her buyers and sellers at ease by explaining complex issues in a comprehensive manner that they easily understand.

Kara Hodgdon

Kara brings her years of experience in the banking industry to Cornerstone Title.  She is currently pursuing her paralegal degree with a focus on real estate.  Our clients enjoy Kara's pleasant manner on the phone and at closings.
