Our focus is on providing real estate conveyancing services in the New Hampshire and Maine seacoast area. We pay special attention to ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive experience for home buyers and sellers. Our team, including Sandy Archer and Christina Ristaino, has over forty years combined experience in the real estate industry. Independent contractors provide abstracting services allowing for constant coverage in all county registries. Stewart Title Guaranty Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company underwrite our title insurance policies. Attorney Catalano has been practicing law since graduating from Boston University School of Law in 1989. She is licensed in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Prior to opening Cornerstone Title, Attorney Catalano owned a general practice law firm, concentrating in real estate law, estate planning, and business law.
